ECM Elektronika Profi Due: two groups without the plumbing

ECM designed the Elektronika Profi Due around quick, uncomplicated operation while keeping the flavour finesse the German brand is known for. It is one of the few two-group machines that can run from its own internal reservoir, which opens the door to sites where a water line is not practical.

Flexible water supply

Connect it to mains water for continuous service, or fill the 3-litre tank and work anywhere with power. That flexibility makes it a natural pick for a coffee cart, a pop-up, a function space or a restaurant adding espresso without renovating the bar.

Simple controls, tidy finish

Each E61-style group offers four programmable portion buttons, so recurring drinks come out at the same volume every time. Professional tilt valves operate steam and hot water with a quick flick, and non-burn wands make milk work safer. At close, the automatic backflush routine handles cleaning while staff pack down. Two ergonomically angled ECM portafilters with balanced weight are included.
