The Atom W 75 brings Eureka’s grind-by-weight technology together with larger 75 mm burrs, giving a high-volume espresso bar accurate doses without holding up the queue. Rather than timing each shot, the built-in weighing system reads the grounds in real time and switches off once the programmed weight is reached.

Built for the morning rush

A 430 W direct-drive motor spins the hardened-steel flat burrs at 1,400 rpm for an output of roughly 3.3 to 4.8 g per second. Silent technology keeps the bar calm, while the ACE system tames static so the basket fills evenly. The adjustable fork accepts any portafilter, spouted or naked, and grips it firmly for hands-free grinding.

Consistency you can measure

Weight dosing removes a familiar variable from the workflow: changes in roast or bean density no longer alter how much coffee lands in the basket.
