Eureka Maxxi W: grind by weight for high-volume cafés
The Maxxi W is built for cafés where the grinder barely gets a rest. Eureka rates it for rush-hour peaks of up to 3 kg and average daily use of up to 10 kg, pairing big 85 mm flat burrs with Instant Grind Weighing so every dose is measured in grams rather than seconds.
Speed with very little waste
Hardened-steel burrs turning at 1,350 rpm under a 510 W motor produce about 4.5 to 6.5 g per second. An anti-retention design stops stale grounds lingering in the chute between orders, the ACE system limits static clumping, and Eureka’s silent technology keeps the noise down behind a crowded bar.
Controls the barista will appreciate
A multi-colour IPS touchscreen sets the doses, a counter tracks output, and the Total Control System warns you when the burrs are due for replacement. A spotlight shines on the portafilter, the hands-free fork adapts to different handles, and stepless micrometric adjustment allows tiny grind changes. Burr access is quick for routine cleaning. A Smart version is available as an upgrade option.
