Conical burrs turning at only 450 rpm stay cool and produce a sweet, full-bodied espresso. The F71 Auto pairs them with a traditional doser, ideal for teams that like to pre-grind into the chamber during a rush.

Automatic doser

A microswitch refills the 250 g doser as it empties, and each pull of the lever releases between 5.5 and 10 g. A thermostat-controlled fan keeps the motor cool.
