Eureka Mignon Pisa: single dosing with a tilt

The Pisa takes its cue from the famous leaning tower, and the slant is functional as well as decorative. Its grinding chamber sits at 15°, so grounds slide out rather than settle, and a blow-up bellows on the hopper pushes through the last particles. The aim is simple: what you weigh in is close to what comes out.

Built for light roasts and filter as well as espresso

The 65 mm Diamond flat burrs use an all-purpose geometry that brings out clarity in lighter and medium-light coffees, while still handling espresso. A king-size dial makes moving from fine to coarse easy to read, and adjustment is stepless. Grounds drop into the MagDose cup, which clicks into place magnetically so it lines up under the chute every time. The solid metal body and smoked hopper keep it looking tidy on an open kitchen bench.
