The machine that started modern espresso
Faema’s original E61 of 1961 was the first to use a motor pump to deliver constant 9-bar pressure, replacing lever machines. The Jubilé edition keeps that design and polished stainless body, with updated internals for daily café work. Each machine is made in Italy by the Cimbali group, which owns Faema today, and the Jubilé marks the anniversary of the original design.
Classic look, current engineering
An 11-litre heat-exchanger boiler with automatic fill feeds the famous E61 groups through a thermosiphon circuit. Faema’s patented thermal balancing lets a technician fine-tune group temperature. Volumetric dosing, twin gauges for pump and boiler pressure, two steam wands and a dosed hot water outlet complete the setup.
