Fiorenzato F64 Electronic XGi: dosing measured in grams

Timed grinders drift as beans age or the room warms up. The XGi system in this F64 measures what leaves the burrs and adjusts the grind time, so the barista sets a dose in grams and the grinder keeps hitting it.

Touchscreen control

The colour screen shows temperature, humidity, the time and shot counters. Single, double and manual buttons sit underneath, and the fork holds the portafilter hands-free.
