Gaggia Naviglio: an uncomplicated entry to bean-to-cup coffee
The Naviglio is the straightforward member of Gaggia’s automatic family. Beans go in the top, a dial and a short row of buttons choose the drink, and the machine handles grinding, tamping and brewing on its own. It is a sensible step up from pods for anyone who wants fresh coffee without learning barista skills.
Simple to live with
The 300 g hopper holds enough beans for several days of regular drinking, while the 1.5-litre reservoir and a waste drawer for ten pucks keep refills manageable. An eco setting trims power use when the machine is idle. Looking at the product photos, a frothing wand sits on the left side for warming milk by hand. Gaggia supplies a grinder adjustment key and a cleaning brush, and the drip tray and body are moulded ABS, which is easy to wipe down.
