What sits under the panels

There are two 2.1-litre brew boilers, one for each group, and a 10.5-litre steam boiler. All three run their own electronic temperature controllers, with displays placed where staff can read them mid-service. Brewing and steam refills use separate external pumps, so a hot water top-up never steals pressure from an espresso.

Day-to-day running

The lever on each group recalls two programmed doses or runs continuously, and a touch pad version with four doses is optional. Shot timers sit above the heads. The drip tray drops for tall cups, back-flushing is automated, and Eco mode lets individual controllers rest overnight. A raised body on slim legs keeps the bench clear for wiping and leaves room for conversation over the machine.
