This is the Spirit for cafés that care as much about the first seconds of extraction as the last. Its spec sheet adds progressive pre-infusion to the three-group Spirit platform, letting water soak the puck softly before pressure climbs to full.

Three stations, each on its own boiler

Every head draws from a dedicated 2.1-litre boiler with independent PID control, heating element and safety devices. Behind them, a 19.5-litre steam boiler supplies wands and hot water. A second external pump looks after steam-boiler refills and cold-water mixing for the hot water outlet, keeping the brewing pump free for coffee.

Working the bar

Lever operation gives two automatic volumes per group plus an endless setting, and an alternative touch pad version offers four. Timers ride above each group, ECO mode can be set per controller, and an auto-back-flush program speeds up cleaning. The elevated body leaves the bench beneath it easy to wipe while keeping eye contact with customers.
