La Pavoni Botticelli Evoluzione PID: rotary pump power with digital control
This is the Botticelli for people who have outgrown vibration-pump machines. A rotary pump sits inside the faceted AISI 304 stainless cabinet, and its pressure can be adjusted from outside the machine. A small PID display above the steam valve lets you read and set the boiler temperature instead of relying on a mechanical pressurestat.
Brew and steam together
The 1.8-litre copper boiler carries a transversal heat exchanger, so fresh water is heated on its way to the press-forged chrome brass group while the boiler keeps steam ready. That means you can texture milk while the shot is running. Two front gauges show pump and boiler pressure, and the steam and hot-water wands are insulated against burns.
Tank or plumbed in
Fill the 2.9-litre reservoir, or flick the selector and run the machine from a mains line through the supplied braided steel hose. Electronic sensors watch the water level in both the tank and the boiler, backed by an anti-vacuum valve and a manual-reset safety thermostat.

Is it the right Botticelli for you?
It suits a home kitchen or a very small office where the coffee maker wants quieter running and steadier temperature than the Botticelli Premium. If you would rather have a separate brew boiler, compare the Botticelli Specialty. You will also need a capable grinder from our home coffee grinder range, plus fresh coffee beans. Our workshop handles espresso machine servicing in Melbourne too. Questions? Call 1300 529 505.
