Mazzer Kony S Automatic: a conical doser for steady café service
The Mazzer Kony S Automatic sits between the compact Super Jolly and the heavy-duty Robur in Mazzer’s line-up. It turns slowly, at 420 rpm on 50 Hz power, and its 63 mm conical burrs keep heat low, so the first espresso of a rush tastes like the fiftieth.
How the automatic doser works
Ground coffee falls into the chrome doser chamber. A sensor watches the level and starts the motor when it drops, then stops it when the chamber is full. Baristas pull the lever to drop a dose into the portafilter resting on the fork, and the spill tray catches any stray grounds.

Who it suits
Choose the Kony S Automatic if your shop serves a few hundred coffees a day and your team likes the rhythm of a doser rather than grinding on demand. The micrometric collar lets you make small grind changes as humidity shifts through a Melbourne day.
Comparing options? The Mazzer Kony S Electronic grinds on demand instead of into a doser, while the bigger Mazzer Robur S Automatic handles heavier volumes. Browse all our coffee grinders, or pair the Kony S with Panica’s freshly roasted coffee beans.
