Mazzer Robur S Automatic: built for the morning queue

The Robur is Mazzer’s biggest conical grinder, and the S version pairs its 71 mm burrs with a strong 800 W motor. Because the burrs are wide and turn slowly, the grinder pushes out about 5 grams of coffee per second without cooking the beans.

Automatic doser

The polished doser on the front fills itself. Once the level falls, the motor starts; once the chamber is topped up, it stops. Your barista flicks the lever, the dose lands in the basket, and the stainless tray under the fork keeps the bench clean.

The Robur S Automatic earns its price in venues pouring 1,000 or more coffees a day: city cafés, hotels and stadium kiosks. For a smaller shop the Kony S is usually enough. A stepless collar under the hopper gives fine control over extraction time.
