This MOJAE station combines the two things every espresso bench needs. A removable stainless knock drawer with a rubber-covered bar takes spent pucks, while the front corner holds a 58 mm portafilter level for tamping.

Heavy and steady

The solid timber block weighs several kilos, so it stays put when you knock out a puck. Two round holes beside the cradle hold a tamper and a distributor, keeping all your puck prep in one square footprint.

Add a 58 mm tamper from our coffee tampers. Empty the knock drawer daily and rinse it under the tap; the timber block only needs a dry wipe.
