Orchestrale Nota LED & PID: Thermo PID with lit side panels

This Nota keeps the flowing silhouette of the range and adds LED strips along the side panels, plus a small PID display beside the steam wand. A large copper boiler works with a thermosiphon circuit to feed the E61 lever group, which keeps the body compact despite the boiler size. A full-size rotary pump supplies brewing pressure.

Three presets and adjustable pressure

The Thermo PID holds your chosen brew temperature and offers three starting points: Hybrid for people new to espresso, Coffee Extraction for experimenting with different beans, and Steam for practising latte art. A separate switch adjusts boiler pressure, so steam strength can be matched to the milk you use. Because the E61 group is lever-operated, you can hold it part-way for manual pre-infusion before the full shot.

Everyday conveniences

Two gauges show pump and boiler pressure side by side. A low-water warning tells you when the tank needs refilling, and the multi-directional steam wand and hot-water tap remain cool to touch.
