16 A Two-Pole Rocker Switch for Espresso Machines
When the main switch on an espresso machine fails, it may stop latching, crackle or cut out under load. This black rocker switch breaks both poles at 16 A and 250 V, with four spade terminals at the back and side clips to hold it in the panel. The rocker is marked O and I.
Replacing the switch
Unplug the machine and photograph the wiring before removing anything, so each lead goes back to the right terminal. Squeeze the clips to push the old switch out through the front, then snap the new one in. Electrical work on mains equipment should be done by a qualified person.
