The larger flat burrs and stronger motor give the M80E OD a step up from compact grinders, while electronic single and double doses keep each shot repeatable through a steady service. Set the doses at the start of the day, pull a test shot and adjust from there, rather than chasing small changes mid-rush.

Because each adjustment step is so fine, make several clicks before judging the result if a shot is running well off target. The grinder sits comfortably beside a two-group machine in a small café. Brush the chute between rushes, keep an eye on the hopper level, and plan for burr replacement as they wear with use.
