Quick Mill designed the Rubino for people who want precise control without a cluttered front panel. A small OLED screen shows temperature and counts each shot, the PID adjusts brew water to the degree, and a pre-infusion stage wets the puck before full pressure for an even extraction. In the photos it wears a black body with walnut-style handles.

Built for everyday use

The die-cast group has water circulating through it to stay warm, while an electronic level sensor refills the stainless boiler automatically. A magnetic sensor warns you when the tank runs low. Steam and water come from separate stainless wands, and a stainless cup warmer sits on top, with a lid covering the tank. Eco mode and stand-by can be switched on or tuned to save power when nobody is making coffee. It also takes ESE pods as well as ground coffee.
