Rocket R NINE ONE: pressure profiling for specialty venues
The R NINE ONE takes technology from Rocket’s café programme and fits it into a body sized for small commercial settings. It is aimed at operators who treat each shot as a recipe: roasters, specialty bars and offices with a serious coffee culture.
Five profiles or full manual control
Up to five pump pressure profiles can be stored, so a barista can recall a curve built for a particular single origin with one touch. For experimenting, a paddle on the group lets you shape pressure by hand during extraction. A permanent-magnet volumetric rotary pump drives the system precisely and runs very quietly, which suits front-of-house bars and quiet workplaces.
Stable heat through two boilers
A fully saturated group works alongside digital PID control, and the dual boiler design keeps milk steaming independent of brewing. Both boilers are AISI 316L stainless steel. The colour touch display on the front panel handles brew temperature and other settings.

Where the R NINE ONE fits best
Choose it where flavour exploration matters more than raw throughput, such as a brew bar, cupping lab or executive floor.
