Synesso MVP Hydra: control at volume
The Synesso MVP Hydra 2 group gives each group its own pump, motor and brew tank. That independence means one barista can run a long profiled shot while the other pulls a standard espresso. Built in Seattle, Synesso machines are known for long service lives.
Pressure profiling and recipe recall
Each group offers 4-stage pressure ramping, so you can shape pre-infusion, ramp-up and decline. Recipes are dialled in manually, saved, then repeated in volumetric mode. Flow meters, LED shot timers, automated backflush and easy repair access keep a busy bar moving. Mirror-finish upper side panels are standard, and custom colours are available on request.

Who should consider it
It suits high-volume specialty cafés and roasters’ tasting bars that want profiling without slowing service. Smaller sites can look at the Synesso MVP Hydra 1 Group, and the wider Synesso espresso machine range is listed here. Its build quality also means it is a long-term investment rather than a machine replaced every few years.
Pair it with commercial coffee machine servicing in Melbourne to keep pumps and flow meters calibrated.
