Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 Gravimetric: weight and speed under control
This version weighs the coffee as it grinds, so every portafilter receives the dose you set in grams. It also lets baristas change burr speed, a powerful tool for bringing out clarity or body in different beans.
Why variable speed matters
Slower speeds tend to reduce fines and heat, while faster speeds can add body. Combined with Clima Pro 2.0 and 85 mm titanium burrs, it gives specialty cafés fine control over the cup.
