A Rose Gold Phin for Strong Single Cups

Built like our gold phin but finished in a soft rose gold, this brewer has a 304 stainless chamber and curved handle, a matching saucer and a removable aluminium press plate that keeps the grounds in place. All four parts come apart for washing, and the metal construction will not crack if knocked in a sink.

Brewing Tips

Rinse with hot water first, add about two tablespoons of medium-coarse coffee and press lightly. Bloom for 30 seconds, fill to the top and fit the lid. A slow drip of around four minutes means the grind is about right.
