58 mm Coffee Tamper – Black Aluminium Handle, Polished Silver Base

Two-tone 58 mm tamper

This tamper contrasts a matt black aluminium alloy handle with a bright, polished 304 stainless steel base. The teardrop handle is 35 mm across, tapering down to a wide flared foot.

Shape and feel

The rounded top sits in the centre of the palm, which helps keep the press square to the basket. The polished rim and flat pressing face are easy to wipe clean. Height is 88 mm. Aluminium alloy is lighter than solid steel, so most of the weight sits low in the base where it does the work. The handle is fixed firmly in place and the anodised finish shrugs off coffee oils. Wipe the base dry after each use to keep its shine.
