Astoria Plus 4 You: multi-boiler consistency
The Astoria Plus 4 You 2 group gives each group its own brew boiler, so temperature holds steady even in a rush. An 8 L steam boiler keeps up with constant milk orders. The high-cup design takes takeaway cups under the spouts. Standard colours are black and white, with custom colours on request.
Display and controls
A multifunctional colour touch screen sets PID temperatures, which Astoria holds within about 1°C. The display also monitors water parameters, and settings can be loaded through the USB port. Electronic volumetric controls, automatic water refill, a cup warmer and LED-lit workspace complete the package. Independent group boilers also let one group be set warmer for lighter roasts.
