Astoria Storm Pilot: Storm design, simpler setup
The Pilot is the first single-boiler machine in Astoria’s premium Storm range, also sold as Barista Attitude. It gives cafés Storm styling and build quality with a straightforward thermosiphon setup that is easy to run every day.
Consistent in busy service
Each group has volumetric dosing and pre-infusion, and high-cup group heads take takeaway cups. A 10.5 L boiler with automatic refill feeds two steam wands and a hot water tap, while the thermosiphon groups keep brew temperature stable. A built-in rotary pump keeps things quiet.
