Setting up two programmed doses

The two programmable portions on the Piccola are easiest to set with scales beside the machine. Grind in manual mode until you reach your target weight, note how long it took, and save that time to one of the portions. Repeat for your second basket or a different drink. Because grinding output varies with the bean and setting, a new bag may need a slightly different time as well as a new grind setting. Adjust the stepless setting first, then retime. The hands-free fork lets you prepare the cup while the dose runs, and a regular brush of the chute keeps old grounds out of each shot.

Easy daily use

Two programmable portions plus manual mode are set on the touchscreen, and stepless adjustment lets you fine tune for each new bag of beans.
