Eureka Drogheria MCD4: one grinder for every brew method
Drogheria is Italian for a grocery or deli shop, and that is exactly where this Eureka works best. It grinds beans straight into a customer’s bag, from fine espresso to coarse plunger, without the hassle of a doser or timer. Eureka has been making grinders in Florence since 1920.
Built for the counter
The tall 1.4 kg hopper holds plenty of beans for a busy day. A king-size knurled dial on the top plate gives stepless micrometric adjustment, and Eureka’s Blow Up system lets you push out retained grounds between customers. The wide aluminium spout has a bag clip, and the cast base keeps the grinder stable.
