Dual boiler precision in a compact body
The Duo DE is Bezzera’s electronic dual boiler, built for home and small-office baristas who want separate temperature control for coffee and steam. At 326 mm wide it still fits a normal kitchen bench. It also includes automatic on and off, so it can be warm and ready when you start the day.
Controls and convenience
A 0.45-litre coffee boiler and 1-litre service boiler run independently, with three PIDs covering the coffee boiler, service boiler and group. Four programmable volumetric doses, adjustable pre-infusion and automatic backflush are set through the 3.5-inch touch display. Joystick steam and water taps swivel for easy handling, and the rotary pump runs from a 4-litre tank or mains water.
