Bezzera Strega
The Strega is a hybrid: a traditional spring lever controls extraction, while a vibration pump handles pre-infusion and fills the boiler automatically. The result is the gentle pressure decline of a lever shot without the hassle of filling a boiler by hand.
Lever group and steam
The lever group carries its own electric heating element, so it stays hot and stable through a session. A 2 L heat-exchange boiler lets you steam milk while the shot runs, and the 360° wands swivel for easy use. A dual-needle gauge shows boiler and pump pressure, and a safety cut-out stops heating if the boiler is empty. A cup warmer on top keeps cups ready.
