Eureka Mignon Automatic Tamper: the same tamp, every shot

The Eureka Mignon Automatic Tamper takes that guesswork away: slide the portafilter onto the fork, and a motorised press compresses the coffee bed evenly and squarely, with no wrist strain.

Built to stack with a Mignon

Its footprint matches the Mignon family, so it slots neatly under or beside grinders such as the Mignon Specialità Smart or the Mignon Specialità, yet it works just as well on its own next to any machine with a standard 58 mm basket. A colour touchscreen sets the mode, a sequential option can tamp twice for a firmer bed, and the tamping disc lifts out for cleaning. The fork moves up or down to suit deeper or shallower portafilters.
