Burrs shaped for espresso

The 65 mm Black Diamond Espresso Specialty burrs use a geometry aimed at rich, syrupy shots and are coated to hold their edge, giving steady particle size across many months of use. The upper burr is blind, with no screw holes, which enlarges the cutting surface and leaves fewer places for grounds to linger. A zero-retention chamber and blow-up bellows clear each dose, while the king-size dial includes a revolution counter so you can return to a recipe precisely.
