Gaggia Coffee Oil Remover Tablets – 6 x 1.6 g

Gaggia Coffee Oil Remover Tablets

This slim red Gaggia Milano box holds a blister of six white tablets, each 1.6 g. The box is labelled as a cleaning product for coffee machines, for automatics and portafilter machines.

Why remove coffee oil

Coffee oil coats the brew group and outlet and slowly turns stale, which shows up as bitterness. A monthly clean with one of these tablets, run through the machine’s cleaning cycle, keeps the coffee path fresh. Each tablet sits in its own blister cell, so the unused ones stay sealed and dry until needed. Gaggia notes the tablets are made in Germany for its machines.
