IMS BV200IM Shower Screen for Breville 54 mm Groups

The standard Breville screen is a mesh-and-plate stack that clogs easily. This IMS screen replaces it with a single stainless steel piece, marked BV200IM, whose fine 200 µm openings are formed directly in the metal. Water is spread more evenly across the puck, and there is no loose mesh to trap coffee.

Why baristas upgrade

Even saturation means less channelling and more repeatable shots from the same dose and grind. The one-piece design is quick to wipe clean and does not hold old oils the way layered screens do. Tighten the centre screw gently, as over-tightening can bow the screen.
