How the Elective fits a specialty bar
Where several baristas share one grinder across a long day, the Elective’s self-correcting systems reduce the time spent re-dialling as the room warms or beans age. The touchscreen keeps dose settings visible and easy to change, so switching baskets or recipes is quick.
Connectivity is most useful for venues already running, or planning to run, Cimbali machines with the Barista Drive System, as the grinder and machine can work together. For a stand-alone setup it still delivers steady on-demand doses. Treat it like any flat-burr grinder for upkeep: brush the chute daily, avoid overfilling the hopper, and replace the burrs when shots become harder to control.
