Setting up the E65W GbS with your machine

The E65W GbS gets the most benefit when paired with a compatible espresso machine, because Grind-by-Sync uses shot data to correct the grind automatically. Without that link, it still weighs each dose, which suits busy cafés that want consistent shots with less re-dialling.

The touchscreen and app make it easy to check doses, burr distance and diagnostics. Black and white are listed. Keep the scale area clean, and keep tasting through the day rather than relying on automation alone. Brush the chute daily, re-check recipes when beans change, and plan burr replacement into your service schedule.
