La Pavoni Esperto Edotto: heritage looks, competition-grade tools
The Edotto dresses the Esperto lever platform in a polished copper boiler with golden brass trim, wooden handles and a gilded eagle, all on a chrome base. Behind the period styling sit the same modern aids as the rest of the line: a pressure gauge on the group so you can profile each pull, and a temperature indicator on the group itself.
Accessories that come with it
You get two portafilters in golden brass, including the Fascino holder designed for creamy, rich espresso, plus Competizione baskets for 9 g, 16 g and 20 g doses. The shower screen has a photo-engraved membrane, and a 300 g tamper in AISI 304 stainless is included, so you can start brewing straight away.
Steam and milk
The steam tap takes the Cappuccino Automatic frother or one of two single-hole tips (1.5 mm and 2 mm), letting you choose between easy foam and hand-textured microfoam for latte art. With the boiler held at 0.7–0.8 bar, steam lasts about 15 minutes per fill.

Who is the Edotto made for?
It suits a home kitchen or study where the machine is part of the décor and coffee is made for a few people. Prefer brushed stainless? Look at the Esperto Abile. Lever brewing depends on grind quality, so pick a burr grinder from our home grinder range, then add fresh espresso beans and extras from our accessories section. Questions?
