Mahlkönig Peak: low speed, large burrs, outstanding clarity

Most espresso grinders run their burrs at 1,300 rpm or more. The Peak slows that down to 900 rpm while increasing burr size to 80 mm, cutting heat and producing a very even grind that brings out sweetness in lighter roasts.

Fine control

Dose time can be set in 0.01-second steps, and the display shows the grinding chamber temperature so baristas can spot drift. Double ventilation helps on busy days.
