Switching between espresso, filter and cold brew

Because the X64 SD holds no beans between sessions, it suits a home bar that rotates coffees or brews several ways in one day. Weigh beans in and grounds out from the magnetic cup to confirm little is left behind. Stepless adjustment spans a wide range, so record the settings you use for espresso, filter and cold brew and move between them deliberately. After a large move, grind a few beans and discard them to clear the chute. When a new bag arrives, start from your recorded setting and fine tune with small changes. The burrs are a wear part to check after long use.

Compact and quiet

At 4.8 kg and 336 mm tall it fits neatly beside a home machine, and stepless adjustment covers espresso through to cold brew.
