Mazzer Kold S Automatic: keeping grounds cool under pressure

Heat is the enemy of consistent espresso in a high-volume café. The Kold was designed around that problem: the motor sits away from the burrs and drives them by belt, and twin fans pull warm air out of the chamber.

Doser convenience

The automatic doser starts the motor every 12 doses and stops once it is full, so baristas always have coffee ready to sweep into the basket.
