Getting the most from two timed doses and manual mode

With two programmable portions on the Pro T64, a common setup is one dose for your everyday espresso basket and one for a second basket or a different coffee. Manual mode covers anything else, such as grinding a weighed dose for filter. Because timing can be set in tenths of a second, small corrections are easy once you know how many grams your beans deliver each second. Weigh a few doses after changing beans and adjust the time to match. The shot counter is a handy prompt for routine cleaning and, much later, for checking burr wear, since flat burrs are a wear part.
