Using the espresso, moka and filter zones

The marked zones on the Nemo-Q give you a starting point when you switch between brewing methods, so you are not hunting from scratch each time. Start in the espresso zone for the portafilter, move to the moka zone for a stovetop pot and open up to the filter zone for pour-over or plunger. Within a zone, the fine steps let you correct a shot that runs slightly fast or slow. Note the setting you like for each bean so you can return to it. Single and double doses on the touchscreen are timed, so recheck them after any large grind change, and brush out the chute after filter grinding.
