Rocket Boxer 3 Group: three groups on a tighter bench
Plenty of cafés need a third group but simply cannot give up the counter space a full-size machine demands. The Rocket Boxer 3 Group answers that problem with an internal layout that squeezes full commercial features into a frame only 850 mm wide and 490 mm deep. Heavy cast alloy side panels give it a clean, solid look that sets it apart from most compact machines.
A big boiler behind a small footprint
Inside sits a 23-litre copper heat exchange boiler, sized to hold temperature through long runs of flat whites and to supply generous volumes of dry steam. Thermosyphon circulation keeps the ring groups warm, and electronic pre-infusion helps each puck settle before full pressure arrives.
Controls that keep three baristas moving
Every group has volumetric programming plus a standard shot timer, so dose consistency holds even when staff rotate. A hot water tempering valve lets you dial in long black water, and the automatic backflush cycle takes care of one group at a time. You can also order a high or low group height to suit the drip tray and cup sizes you serve.
