Sanremo Opera 2 Group with Acaia scales

The Opera gives each group its own coffee boiler and gear pump, so pressure can be shaped through pre-infusion, infusion and the tail of the shot. This version adds Acaia scales in the drip tray, letting the machine dose by beverage weight rather than water volume.

Profiles, scales and steam

Six programmable profiles per group mean the left group can run a light single origin while the right runs the house blend. The Acaia scales communicate with the machine and auto-correct towards the target yield, which helps when staff change during the day. Steam comes from an 8 L boiler for dry, powerful texturing.
