The VA388 Black Eagle was the official machine of the World Barista Championship from 2015 to 2021, and it remains a specialty-café favourite. This volumetric version gives baristas programmable shot volumes while keeping the option of manual control. Standard finish is steel, and custom colours can be ordered if the machine needs to match your fit-out.

T3 temperature control and barista comfort

T3 technology uses three independent PIDs to manage brew water, group head and steam temperatures in real time, so light and dark roasts can each be dialled in. Push-pull steam levers and cool-touch wands reduce strain and burns during long shifts, and a reverse mirror lets the barista watch the extraction.
