Victoria Arduino MDH: a stylish home grinder
Designed to sit beside Victoria Arduino’s home machines, the MDH brings fresh, on-demand grinding to the kitchen without taking much room.
Dialling in the MDH for espresso and other methods
Timed on-demand dosing means the MDH grinds fresh for each shot rather than storing ground coffee. Set the timer against scales once you have a grind that pours well, then check the weight now and then, particularly after opening new beans. If you also brew plunger or pour-over, move the micrometric adjustment coarser and grind a little to clear the chute before collecting coffee. When returning to espresso, go back to your noted setting and pull a test shot. A small hopper load keeps beans fresher at home. Brush out the chute regularly, and remember the flat burrs gradually wear with use.
Simple to dial in
Timed dosing grinds straight into the portafilter, and micrometric adjustment lets you fine tune for espresso or move coarser for other methods.
