DIP DK-30: a deli grinder for every grind size
Cafés and grocers selling beans need a grinder that can move from espresso to filter quickly. The DK-30 handles the full range and grinds about 8 g per second.
Grinding beans to order with the DK-30
The DK-30 suits cafés and grocers that sell whole beans and offer to grind them for customers. Because it covers Turkish through to coarse plunger, staff can match each customer’s brewer, but it pays to purge a little coffee after a large change so the bag gets the intended size.
The hopper magnet is a useful safeguard, so check and wipe it during routine cleaning. A small hopper suits grinding one bag at a time rather than holding large amounts of beans. Keep the burrs in good shape by scheduling re-sharpening before grind quality falls away.
Built to last
Its wear-resistant burrs can be re-sharpened two or three times, a hopper magnet catches stray metal, and the design is simple to calibrate and clean.
