E&B Lab SR200RNT Reinforced Nanotec Screen

E&B Lab is the competition division of IMS, and the SR200RNT is its reinforced 57.5 mm screen for Rancilio and Simonelli groups. The face carries a NanoQuartz coating that resists coffee oils and gives a soft, drop-by-drop flow over the puck. It is made in Italy from AISI 304 steel.

Coated and reinforced

The reinforced rim keeps the screen flat even when the basket is overdosed and the puck presses up into it. Coffee residue does not stick easily to the coating, so most cleaning is a simple wipe. Under the face sits a 200 µm photo-etched membrane.

The old text lists Rancilio Classe 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and Epoca, plus Nuova Simonelli, Promac and Victoria Arduino. For a budget option there is the standard 57.5 mm shower screen. Fit a fresh 74 × 57.5 mm group seal when you change the screen.
