The three activation modes let each venue decide how grinding starts, whether staff prefer to press the touchscreen or work from the fork. Pre-selected doses and continuous grinding cover both programmed shots and manual top-ups, which is useful when a café uses more than one basket size.

Maintenance alerts set to your burr type help you plan burr changes before quality drops, which matters on a grinder aimed at the busiest cafés. The white, chrome and black finishes are the same grinder, so pick the one that suits your bar. Adjust the hands-free fork to your portafilters during setup.
