Eureka Mignon Manuale: the simplest way into the Mignon family
Some people would rather control the grinder directly than program it. The Manuale keeps things deliberately basic: press and hold, watch the basket fill, let go. Underneath that plain operation sits the same core engineering as its pricier siblings, so grind quality is not the trade-off you might expect at this level.
What sits inside the matt black body
Eureka’s ACE system breaks up clumps and reduces static as the grounds leave the chute, which keeps the bench cleaner and the dose more even. Grind size is set on a stepless micrometric collar that moves the lower burr, giving unlimited fine positions. A useful bonus: the burrs can be cleaned without losing your chosen setting, so a quick service does not mean re-dialling your espresso from scratch.

Who should choose the Manuale?
It is a sensible match for a single household making a few cups each morning, whether espresso or a coarser brew. Team it with one of our domestic espresso machines, add a quality tamper from our coffee tamper range, and stock up on fresh roasted beans. Want programmable dosing instead?
