The EK43 became the reference grinder for specialty coffee. The EK Omnia keeps its grind quality but adds modern controls, so changing from espresso to filter is a button press rather than a turn of the dial.

Library Mode

Store recipes for different beans and brew methods, and the motorised adjustment moves the burrs to the right setting automatically. A front LED display keeps everything visible.
